Approach
CDS worked closely with the client for 12 months; during this period, CDS transformed the company's operational, organizational, managerial, and human resources systems. This also involved coaching the company’s senior management to ensure the institutionalization of the new management systems. CDS also accompanied the client during the implementation phase to ensure rapid and proper implementation of all developed solutions and to provide coaching to managers and staff
